I'm Walkin' Ricky Nelson Music and lyrics by Antoine Domino and Dave Bartholomew Ricky decided to record Fats Domino's "I'm Walkin'" because it contained the only two chords he knew how to play. He sang the song at the end of the TV show on April 10, 1957. I'm walkin', yes indeed I'm talkin' For you and me and I'm hoping That you'll come back to me I'm lonely as I can be And I've waited for your company And I'm hoping that you'll come back to me Whatcha gonna do when the well runs dry You gonna run away and hide I'm gonna run right by your side For you, pretty baby, I'd even die I'm walkin', yes indeed I'm talkin' For you and me and I'm hoping That you'll come back to me instrumental I'm walkin', yes indeed I'm talkin' For you and me and I'm hoping That you'll come back to me I'm lonely as I can be And I've waited for your company And I'm hoping that you'll come back to me What'cha gonna do when the well runs dry You gonna run away and hide I'm gonna run right by your side For you, pretty baby, I'd even die I'm walkin', yes indeed I'm talkin' For you and me and I'm hoping That you'll come back to me =================================== Transcribed by Richard Pontin (PLNEAPPLE@aol.com)
