Sorry about the message board but someone was busy on the weekend and hacked all of my sites on the server. In fact, this person hacked thousands of sites around the world. Needless to say, site owners have been working tirelessly to restore them. But restoring them is one thing; trying to determine the problem is the key. Also, while trying to fix up the sites, I was attacked again (twice) but the damage wasn't as extensive as the first attack. It was, however, still time consuming to correct.
Well, it turns out (after exhaustive research), that the Message Board component was the culprit in my case. So rather than risk another attack, I had to delete the component completely from my system so hackers couldn't come after me again. But I still have a copy of the database and am investigating methods of using a different Message Board for the Oldies Top 100.
I need to ensure that it is relatively hack proof, as well as being able to use my old messages that I've saved. I have a couple in mind that I'm testing and once that's done, I will convert (hopefully) all the old data and get up and running again.
Sorry for those of you who are missing their daily dose of lyrics news, but please bear with me. I will try and have a new message board up and running in a few days. In between my full time job and keeping one step ahead of hackers - lol.

Well folks, after many, many years we are finally moving into the new millennium and putting all our lyrics on database.
As a result, you're going to notice lots of new things. For starters, anyone who wishes to register can:
- submit lyrics
- submit web links
- modify your e-mail and/or password
Other goodies we're planning for you are:
- lyrics for more years
- lyrics for love songs
- lyrics for folk songs
- lyrics for novelty songs
- lyrics, lyrics and more lyrics
